Considering that my woodpecker issue occurred during a pandemic I was more than pleased that WMS was responsive to my needs, scheduling the service call within two days. I received a call the day scheduled with an ETA and Eli was right on time. He was thorough, efficient and took the time to make sure the repair was not obvious. He also cleaned up after himself. I would definitely call them again if I have a need and wouldn't hesitate to refer them.

We had a problem with our dryer vent where the birds built there nest,
we contacted wild life management. The Tech Philip came the next day. He did call prior to his arrival. Upon arriving he introduced himself very professionally. Removed the bird's nest from the vent (from outside of the house), cleaned it, put the screen on and took care all of the issues. We are very happy with the Wild life management service and highly recommend them!

We had a very nice, calm specialist come and remove a bat in our home and then proceed to check all areas. We had confidence in him, appreciated his reassurance and guarantee that should there be a problem, they would be back to solve it!

When I made a phone call to Wildlife Management Services, they were very professional & explained the cost of the service call, etc. for snakes. Scott came out that afternoon & checked for holes around the foundation of the house. Went up on the roof & checked the roof & chimneys, also the caps on the chimney. He wrote up what he had found & explained what needed to be done. Set snake traps where he thought were the right places to catch them. Will be plugging the holes where needed & also put something on the corners of the house to keep them out. Was very satisfied with Scott's information. Will be happy when the work is done & we can rest easy without worry over critters coming in. Thanks for the immediate response!

Promptly had tech out within 2 hours of me calling, amazing rates and pricing, and amazing service. However! I got home from work at 4, and called at four just before they closed (at 4:30) and asked the tech to come get the woodchuck so he wouldn’t be in there overnight, he politely declined, and I’m a little disappointed because the woodchuck has badly injured himself. They shouldn’t be leaving these larger animals in traps for 24 hours, but I do appreciate that they take him to a wildlife rehab center before rereleasing. We will totally use them again in the future, love that it’s women-lead!!! just a little disappointed as a conservation major that they left an animal in a trap this long.

Wildlife Management Services and their technician, Eli, went above and beyond the call of duty to remove the three alive squirrels (as well as a couple of dead ones) that had become stuck in my defunct chimney. In all, Eli made three visits to my home to remove the rascals...AND... he installed a wire screen over the top of the chimney chute to ensure I wouldn't get any other unwanted visitors.

If we could, we would have rated Wildlife Management Inc. with six stars. Especially we became acquainted with Felipe and Christina, who could not have been more professional, courteous or fun. I think their job is about as easy as managing the weather. Nonetheless, in the course of a week, while I managed to catch four cats and a raccoon with my trap, Felipe caught and relocated the stinker . . . without it ever spraying, I might add (never guaranteed that). Thanks guys and gals.
